General information
The participation fee includes the following services:
- Detailed seminar documentation in written and electronic form
- Lunch and dinner / social programme
- Transfer between hotel and seminar location
Services not included in the participation fee:
- Arrival and departure to the hotel
- Hotel overnight stay with breakfast
After registration you will receive a written confirmation and the required seminar documents one week before the event. The invoice will be issued after the event.

Cancelation of the registration until 1 April is free of charge, thereafter until 21.04.2023 a handling fee of 200,- € plus 19 % VAT will be charged. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, the entire participation fee will be due.
A substitution for the registered participant is of course possible.
The number of participants is limited and registrations will be reserved in the order in which bookings are received. The dates of the technology forums are timed this year so that only one journey is required to attend both events.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if a reasonable group size is not reached. In this case, the registered participants will not incur any costs.
